Saturday We travel to Scotland and our hotel for 1 night, the Golden Lion in central Stirling.

Sunday Enjoy spectacular scenery throughout the day as we journey through the Highlands, Cairngorms, and Speyside, before arriving in Inverness for a lunchtime stop. Known as the ‘Highland Capital,’ Inverness sits on the banks of the River Ness and offers a wealth of historic architecture and independent shops. Later, take in more stunning loch views as we continue to Ullapool to board our late-afternoon ferry to Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis, where we’ll spend the next two nights at the Caladh Inn.

Monday Enjoy a fascinating guided tour of the Isle of Lewis with a knowledgeable local guide. Take in spectacular scenery as we visit a traditional Blackhouse—remarkably still inhabited until recent times—explore the ancient standing stones at Callanish, often called ‘Scotland’s Stonehenge,’ and discover the historic Carloway Broch, a remarkable Iron Age structure.

Tuesday A day of island-hopping when we travel south through Lewis and Harris, with magnificent beaches and scenery throughout. We continue by ferry to the Isle of Benbecula and our base for the next 2 nights staying at the Dark Island Hotel in Liniclate.

Wednesday With a knowledgeable local guide on board, we set out to explore the islands of Benbecula and South Uist, steeped in history and natural beauty. Discover the rugged landscapes and pristine beaches that define these Hebridean gems, while hearing captivating stories of Bonnie Prince Charlie. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views, spot local wildlife, and immerse yourself in the rich Gaelic culture that still thrives here.

Thursday Today brings a long but truly rewarding journey. We begin with a ferry crossing from Lochmaddy to Uig, on the northern tip of the Isle of Skye. From there, enjoy a spectacular drive across Skye’s dramatic landscapes before crossing the iconic Skye Bridge back to the mainland. The scenery continues to impress as we pass through Glencoe and catch sight of majestic Ben Nevis, before arriving at our overnight stop at the 4 star Highland Hotel in Stirling.
