Monday Following a lunchtime stop in Abergavenny we enjoy a scenic journey via the Brecon Beacons to West Wales where we are met at our hotel with a Welcome Drink.

Tuesday We journey into Pembrokeshire National Park, following the scenic coastal road to St David’s for an early lunchtime stop. This charming and unique city is surrounded by some of the most spectacular coastline in Europe. After exploring, we continue along the coast to Picton Castle and Gardens for a guided tour. The castle, an intriguing blend of medieval fortress and stately manor, is set within 40 acres of magnificent gardens—perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Wednesday Today we follow the scenic coastal road north, passing picturesque villages that cling to the hillsides above the sparkling blue waters of Cardigan Bay. Our destination is Aberystwyth, a vibrant town nestled between three hills and two beaches. Here you can choose to take the optional (not included) Vale of Rheidol Railway for a return journey to the spectacular Devil’s Bridge—or simply enjoy Aberystwyth itself, with its charming promenade, cliff railway, observatory, and excellent shopping.

Thursday Up the Teifi Valley to Cenarth, a conservation village huddled around spectacular waterfalls. We then continue up the valley to the National Wool Museum where we enjoy an informative guided tour and let the story of wool weave its magic in this unique working museum!

Friday Home with a stop at The Mumbles, undoubtedly one of the finest seaside villages in the UK.
