Chatsworth is one of the UK's most loved historic houses and estates. It has something for everyone to do, from the famous art galleries, beautiful water features and amazing gardens and grounds, to the finest shops, food and drink. We also enjoy the Peak District plus some of its towns.
Friday Into the Peak District and we stop at Matlock Bath, one of Derbyshire’s favourite destinations with the Heights of Abraham and its cable car (not included), mining museum and much more. We then continue to our hotel.
Saturday Into the Northern Peak District as we enjoy a journey across the famous Woodhouse Pass from Sheffield to Glossop. We make a lunch time stop at the Ladybower Café overlooking the picturesque reservoir. From Glossop we make another pass over the Peak District with a stop in Eyam, a fascinating and historical place with a lively feel.
Sunday We have saved the best till last as we make a 4 hour stop at Chatsworth before our journey home.
