When we arrive, we make a 45 min break at the East African Game Reserve Trading Post Picnic Area where there is a the opportunity to use the toilets and buy food or drink. The coach will then take you through Britain’s No.1 Safari Park, right past some of the most astonishing residents. Count cheetah spots, have a giraffe and meet the wild new residents, African painted dogs. Your journey of discovery awaits!
The rest of the day is for you to enjoy the rest of the attractions that are included with your ticket: It’s time to meet furry, scaly and feathery friends on foot in Animal Adventure. From snoozing Southern koalas to snapping Cuban crocodiles, see how many animals you can spot on the Walking Safari. Included in your ticket is also access to one of the world’s biggest hedge mazes, the Longleat Railway and the Jungle Cruise Boat Safari, where you’ll have the opportunity to feed our barking sea lions.
From this year (Apart from during the Festival of Light) entry includes access to the ground floor of the main house on a self-guided basis. Access is on a queuing basis, and subject to availability on the day. and does not include a dedicated guide or access to the upper floor.
Please note:
The coach will not be able to travel through the monkey enclosure.
If you would like to pay extra then yo can take a tour with an experienced guide, which includes guaranteed access into the House and exclusive access to the upper floor as well as a tour of the lower.
There is a small additional charge of £9.95 per person for guided tours and these must be pre-booked when your booking is made.
