Don’t miss this amazing musical experience: see local, national and international brass bands, each with their own music genre, perform at this unique festival in the picturesque village of Ellmau. This combination of wonderful entertainment, colourful procession and stunning Tyrolean scenery promises to be an unforgettable and unique experience.
Tuesday To France and on to our hotel near Saarbrucken.
Wednesday We continue through Germany and on to our 3 star hotel in the centre of Kirchberg in the Kitzbuhel Alps region. We enjoy a welcome drink before dinner.
Thursday We have a short tour of the spectacular Tyrol region with great alpine scenery. After dinner to Ellmau for the official opening on the musical extravaganza.
Friday We have a ride on the Hartkaiserbahn gondola to the top of the mountain with 360 degree views of the surrounding peaks. We will be entertained on the mountain by a traditional local musicians. In the evening we return to the festival in Ellmau.
Saturday All day in Ellmau where there is a Farmer’s Market and also a colourful procession of bands. In the evening there is an unparrallled final evening of entertainment at the festival.
Sunday Through Germany to our hotel near Saarbrucken
Monday We return to England.
